HEVIA
HEVIA
When in 1964 Pepe Hevia and his wife launched the Hevia restaurant on Calle Serrano, they started a family project that today has almost 60 years of history. The initial idea was to be more "an elegant bar" than a restaurant, offering a select product in an unusual format
...Today his grandsons Fernando and Ismael bring the historic Hevia bar to the San Antón market, and its characteristic gourmet skewers: Russian salad (awarded as one of the best in Spain), Tiger mussel, Zepelín (taco of Emmental melted on a griddle with Serrano ham), its famous croquettes and much, VERY GOOD more.
FROM MONDAY TO SUNDAY: FROM 12:00 TO 00:00 HOURS
